まず、プロジェクトに関してのヒアリングを行い、弊社より各種施策のご提案を行います。

私たちは定例MTGにてクライアント様と歩幅を合わせてデザイン、システムの開発をプロジェクト共有しながら進行します。
Through regular meetings, we keep pace with our clients, sharing the project’s progress while developing the design and system together.
Open to The Public
プロジェクトでの成果物をリリースします。集客のための広告やPRを行う場合は同時に施策を展開していきます。
We release the deliverables for the project, and if advertising or PR is needed for customer acquisition, we simultaneously implement the necessary strategies.
Adjusting
施策や集客、SEOやECの売り上げに関して想定通りかKPI検証します。場合によっては調整のための改善施策を展開します。
We verify whether strategies, customer acquisition, SEO, and EC sales align with expectations and KPIs. If necessary, we implement improvement measures for adjustments.
